A Multi-Objective Model for Meal Delivery Problem in Thailand

The online meal delivery business in Thailand has grown substantially. Online platforms, customers, and riders are the three main stakeholders this service system. While platform aims to minimize total operation cost, customers would like receive a high-quality meal. Moreover, who responsible for pickup of customer’s house focus on maintaining their income. To address issue, research develops validates multi-objective model. objectives 1) costs, 2) waiting time, 3) maximize number receiving orders. From experiments, results indicate that when cost is primary concern, only small will be assigned order. Alternatively, if quality most important factor, orders must distributed all riders, which assignments at same time.
